Marketing Work Orders
All requests for marketing department assistance start with a work order (which utilizes a Smartsheet interface). Please do not email individual team members. Work orders are scheduled and assigned contingent on staff availability and department priorities.
Categories for work include:
- Messaging - for messages to students via our digital channels & social media
- Writing - for assistance in writing brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
- Design/Print - get help with graphics for print or digital projects, and all printed materials
- Web - for major projects, updates, getting access to Omni, troubleshooting web pages on the Foothill website.
