Marketing Work Orders
All requests for marketing department assistance start with a work order (which utilizes a Smartsheets interface). Please do not email individual team members. Work orders are scheduled and assigned contingent on staff availability and department priorities.
Categories for work include:
- Design/Print - graphics for print or digital, and all printed materials
- Web - updates, access and/or troubleshooting web support requests for the Foothill website
- Messaging - messages to students via our channels & social media
- Writing - assistance in writing promotional materials, press releases
- Business Cards - separate form for ordering business cards
