Who Can Use the Student Health Center

Current Students

Student Health Services is available to ALL students who are currently enrolled and attending *credit classes at Foothill College.

*Note: Students attending noncredit classes do not pay the Student Health Fee and therefore are only eligible for student health services if they contact Admissions & Records to pay the health fee for the quarter.

Minors

If you are a Foothill College student under the age of 18, you will need to have your parents sign the “Minor Authorization Consent Form" form before visiting the Health Center.

Disabled Students

We are here as an additional resource for you. We encourage you to make an appointment for a quick medical consultation so that we are fully informed of your needs. Guide dogs and service animals are also welcome during visits!

Faculty, Staff & Managers (Employees)

The student Health Center does not serve employees EXCEPT

  • In the case of a critical emergency prior to the arrival of emergency responders
  • If you are authorized by District Human Resources to have a Tuberculosis (TB) test

    NOTE:
The district also has a contract with Kaiser Cupertino and Kaiser Santa Clara for authorized Tuberculosis (TB) testing if either location is more convenient.
