Paramedic Application Information

Foothill College begins a new cohort every Fall. Applications for the next cohort are available November 6 and are due May 1. 

Follow these complete Instructions to apply to our next Paramedic Program. 

Once you've reviewed the Instructions, you may access the program application through the Allied Health tab in the MyPortal system.  

Each applicant must also submit an EMT Work Experience Form by the May 1st deadline.

Before You Apply

• Foothill College is obligated to adhere to the policies and mandates established by Santa Clara County and our clinical and field internship partners.
• The failure of students to adhere to these policies during your clinical and field internship may result in their inability to successfully complete the program.
