These professionals, from sports analytics, marketing and branding for young athletes, and sports psychology, have carved out impactful roles that shape the sports world in ways you never imagined.

Ramiro Rangles Alvarez is Partner and Head of Sports Analytics & AI at Kin Analytics, which is at the forefront of harnessing data analytics and artificial intelligence to transform industries such as sports, retail, e-commerce, and equipment leasing into realms of unparalleled innovation and impact. His journey merges a deep-seated passion for sports with the cutting-edge world of tech and analytics, underpinned by a foundation in sports marketing and an MBA in International Sports Management. CeCe Champion is Director of Marketing at Lowney Sports (among other entrepreneurial ventures), leading innovative marketing strategies that elevate athletes, drive sponsorship engagement, and amplify the agency’s brand. By fostering strategic partnerships and creating impactful campaigns, she connects athletes with opportunities that showcase their talent on and off the field. She specializes in working with high school and college athletes and their families to navigate Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policy as it relates to marketing themselves and reaching their goals for success. Dr. Tyler Webster is the Associate Athletic Director for Counseling & Sport Psychology at Santa Clara University Athletics. She and her colleague, Dr. Riley Gee, provide individual and team mental health and mental performance services for Santa Clara's Division 1 student-athletes. When she's not in the office, she is likely on the road with SCU's women's soccer or men's basketball programs. Dr. Webster is also listed in the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee’s Mental Health Registry to serve Team USA athletes.
