- NEW TAX EDITION OF I-NEWS IS AVAILABLE! All international students who were present in the US in 2007 are required to file tax forms by April 15 (if you earned a salary) or by June 15 (if you didn’t work). Read more about which forms to file, deadlines, tax residency status and hhow to obtain free CINTAX software passwords.

Foothill College is a public institution accredited by Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and other professional accreditation agencies. Educational institutions such as the California State University and University of California systems, Santa Clara University, Stanford University and other accredited colleges and universities also give full credit for equivalent courses taken at Foothill College.
The College is on a quarter system: Fall (September), Winter (January) and Spring (April). Students can be admitted to each of the three quarters. A wide range of programs and courses are offered during the day, evening and weekends. The courses are equivalent to the first two years of four-year degree programs. The International Students office is created specifically to provide programs and services to ensure a successful educational and personal experience among our international students and to promote cross-cultural understanding. The staff is dedicated to helping students make the most of their experience at Foothill College and in the U.S.
