Work Out in Foothill's Fitness Center
Skip the big price tag of a commercial gym, and work out in the Foothill Fitness Center at your own pace when you enroll in the one-unit PHED 45: Lifetime Fitness Activities course.
Workouts in the Fitness Center will assist you in developing and improving strength and aerobic conditioning for lifetime health related fitness. Aerobic equipment, free-weights and SELECTORIZE machines are available for your use.
- Use state-of-the-art aerobic and weight equipment.
- Enjoy bigger, better locker rooms for men and women.
- Work with a personal trainer to set up and monitor your fitness program.
- Improve your dance skills in our new Dance Studio, which features a Harlequin Sprung Floor System.
- Use our renovated stadium and track, which feature improved lighting, updated rubberized track and new artificial turf.
