		Daphne Small, — Interim Dean of Student Affairs & Activities   Daphne is widely recognized as an expert in the field of student leadership development. For 15 years she has helped Foothill students develop leadership skills. In 1989, Daphne became the Student Activities Specialist and for the next ten years built a strong network of campus clubs, helped develop our Heritage Month Series, and worked with student leaders to plan and coordinate campus activities. In 2000, Daphne became the Director of Student Activities. She currently directs the Leadership & Community Service Program; teaches courses in student leadership; and advises the ASFC Student Government. Daphne holds a B.A. degree in Communications Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters in Education with emphasis in Student Personnel from San Jose State. 		Bill Frankeberger — Executive Assistant to the Dean of Student Affairs   Mr. Bill can help you process a complaint and generally assist you with all matters related to student affairs. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film.
