This Rental Housing Posting Board is provided as a service to our community by Foothill College Student Services for the purpose of listing potential housing opportunities for our students. Please do not use our board to place advertisements for other types of transactions.

• Students make contact with the lessors directly and any rental agreements entered into are between the student and the lessor as individuals and not the responsibility of Foothill College. Foothill College does not screen listings, nor is the college responsible for any decisions/outcome resulting from these listings.
• Foothill College encourages lessors to rent to any student regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex/orientation, marital status or physical disability.
• Listings will remain on board for four weeks unless cancelled by the lessor by contacting the webmaster.
