Organizations Board

Position	Responsibilities
Vice President Of Organizations Jessica Kong   Jessica.kong.cy@gmail.com	The Vice President Of Organizations shall Serve as the chief executive officer of the Organization Board of Directors Serve as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council. Be a member of the President's Cabinet Be an ex-officio voting member, of all commissions, committees and agencies represented on the ASFC Organizations Board of Directors. Assume other duties as may devolve to his/her office or as may be assigned to his/her office by the ASFC Campus Council or the President's Cabinet.
Vice Chair Of OBD	The Vice Chair of OBD is responsible for: Assuming the responsibilities of the vice president In the absence of the Vice President of Organizations Board of Directors. Relinquishing his/her club representation. The club shall then elect or appoint another representative to this board. Serving as a voting member of OBD. Serving on the Organizations Board of Directors (OBD). Serving as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council. Serving as student representative on at least one campuswide committee.
OBD Finance Director	The OBD Finance Director is responsible for: Assuming the duties of the chair In absence of the Vice President of Organizations Board of Directors and the Vice Chair of OBD. Relinquishing his/her club representation. The club shall then elect or appoint another representative to this board. Maintaining all OBD finances in accordance with the ASFC Budget Commission Code. Serving as a voting member of OBD Serving on the Organizations Board of Directors (OBD). Serving as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council. Serving as student representative on at least one campuswide committee.
OBD Secretary	The OBD Secretary is responsible for: Relinquishing his/her club representation. The club shall then elect or appoint another representative to this board. Serving as a voting member of OBD. Serving on the Organizations Board of Directors (OBD). Taking accurate minutes at the weekly OBD meetings and posting them in a timely fashion.
OBD Councilperson	The OBD Councilperson is responsible for: Relinquishing his/her club representation. The club shall then elect or appoint another representative to this board. Serving as a voting member of OBD Serving on Organizations Board of Directors (OBD). Report to all the clubs about Campus Council at OBD meetings. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least one campuswide committee.
OBD Representative	The OBD Representative is responsible for: Relinquishing his/her club representation. The club shall then elect or appoint another representative to this board. Serving as a voting member of OBD. Serving on the Organizations Board of Directors (OBD). Serving on the Campus Center Board as a voting member. Being an advocate for OBD at the Campus Center meetings. Reporting to the clubs about Campus Center Board at OBD. Serving as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council. Serving as student representative on at least one campuswide committee.
