Position	Responsibilities
Vice President of Administration Ashley Chan   chanyinghahaha@yahoo.com.hk (650) 949-7083	The Vice President of Administration: Serves as the chief executive officer of the ASFC Administrative Board of Directors Assumes the duties of the president In the absence of the ASFC President and the Vice President of Finance. Serves as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council. Is a member of the President's Cabinet Is an ex-officio voting member of all commissions, committees and agencies represented on the ASFC Administrative Board of Directors. Assumes other duties as may devolve to his/her office, or as may be assigned to his/her office by the ASFC Campus Council or the President's Cabinet.
Elections Commissioner	The Elections Commissioner is responsible for: Chairing the Elections Board Ensuring that ASFC student body elections occur in a timely manner and in accordance with elections board codes Serving on the Administration Board. Serving as student representative on at least one campuswide committee.
Legislative Director	The Legislative Director is responsible for: Working in conjunction with the California Student Association of Community Colleges and the United States Students Association to influence federal, state, local legislation that has potential impact on students. Providing leadership for ASFC campuswide legislative initiatives as needed Serving on the Administration Board. Serving as student representative on at least one campuswide committee.
Night Student Representative	The Night Student Representative is responsible for: Representing the views and interest of the college's evening student population on ASFC Campus Council. Serving on Administration Board. Serving as student representative on at least one campuswide committee.
Student Campus Center Chairperson	The Student Campus Center Chairperson is responsible for: Serving as chairperson of the Campus Center Board. Serving as a voting member of the Administration Board.
