Listed below are the established primary events around which articulation activities occur. For many activities, there are no specific time-lines. Most, though, are dependent in one way or another of these established events (e.g. LDTP, Course-to-Course, Pre-Major, Breadth, and American Cultures) articulation. Other articulation activities must be planned around these established events.

Receive notification of approval or denial for TCA list proposals

Conduct workshop for counseling faculty updating them on new and impending articulation and curriculum changes for the upcoming academic year.

- Deadline for faculty to propose new courses for CSU GE or IGETC for the following academic year: December 1.
- Submit course proposal to UCOP and CSU Chancellor’s Office for IGETC and CSU-GE.

- Report to CCC: updating members on Articulation and Curriculum changes.

February |
- Update ASSIST database: add new courses and submit course revisions for up-coming term.
- Review current course-to-course UC articulation agreements and propose courses as appropriate.

- Review Foothill College Catalog and Schedule for accuracy of information.
- Submit course outlines to CSU LDTP for approval and review.
- Attend Northern California Intersegmental Articulation Council meeting.

- Receive notification of approval or denial of CSU-GE proposals. Disseminate to division deans, counselors, and curriculum representatives.
- Update Transfer General Education Guide, Foothill Catalog (GE sections) and Foothill Class Schedule (GE information).
- Conduct a workshop for counselors regarding curriculum and articulation changes for the subsequent academic year.

- Deadline for faculty to propose new courses for inclusion on UC Transferable Course Agreement for the following academic year: June 15.
