    Serving the people who serve the organization and its students.
Staff Development, which serves administrators, faculty and classified staff includes four major components:
  • Orientation Programs: to integrate new colleagues into the institution;

  • Professional Development Programs: to enable colleagues to learn how to perform their jobs more efficiently and effectively;

  • Personal Development Programs: to enable colleagues to enhance their personal skills;and

  • Recognition Programs: to acknowledge and reward colleagues
    for exemplary performance.
