  • Maisha Haywood-Smith, Academic Programs, is responsible for our campus based retention program, Early Alert (see Online Form or PDF format) and coordinates the Mfumo Program.

  • Rhonda Goldstone, Career Programs, promotes the more than 70 Foothill College career and certificate programs.

Special Events:

Career Program Preview Night is held during the Spring quarter. This is a tabling event opportunity for prospective students to learn more about our high-wage, high-demand career programs from the directors, deans, instructors and students currently in our programs.

Parent Orientation (English & Spanish sessions offered)
An evening for parents to get a full understanding of the campus. Foothill programs and services; student rights and responsibilities; and strategies for student success are all introduced.

New Student Information Sessions HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
One-hour sessions are given each quarter to explain the navigation of Foothill College to new students.
