How To Apply to the EOPS Program
If you want to apply to the EOPS Program Follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Complete a Foothill College Online Application.
Step 2: Submit Transcripts: Mail previous college transcripts to Foothill College Admissions and Records office, 12345 El Monte Road, Los Altos Hills CA 94022
Step 3: Apply for Financial Aid. All EOPS students must be eligible for the Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOGW). Apply by submitting a BOGW application or the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). For additional information regarding the BOGW or the FAFSA applications contact the
Financial Aid Office.
Step 4: Full-time enrollment required, at least 12 units (6 for Summer Session). EOPS students must be enrolled in classes prior to service.

ATTENTION: STUDENTS WHO ARE TAKING ON-LINE CLASSES AND LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE IMMEDIATE AREA
The Foothill College EOPS office is not set up to service Online students who live outside of the immediate area. EOPS is a California State funded program non-residents are not eligible. Students eligible for EOPS are required to meet with an EOPS Counselor, Peer Adviser and to make book purchases in person during the quarters of attendance. If you are unable to make the above in person visits, we advise you to contact the community colleges in your area where EOPS services are available. These EOPS requirements however, may not affect other Foothill College Financial Aid eligibility.
