|The student will be able to: |
- discuss the organization of a design using objective criteria.
- show an increased sensitivity to visual effects..
- familiarity with the design process as a problem-solving activity .
- demonstrate a repertoire of techniques and procedures useful in the fabrication of projects in several materials.

|30'x36' table space, and stool for each student. |
|Course Content (Body of knowledge) - |
|The Design Laboratory is correlated with the course in Design. It provides students with an opportunity to practice in a supervised environment the skills and concepts introduced in the Design course. |
|Methods of Evaluation - |
|Evaluation of the student's progress will be based on the development of skills and imaginative ideas and satisfactory completion of laboratory projects. |
