Foothill and De Anza Colleges have a touch-tone telephone system. You will be asked to make choices from several menus read to you by the voice prompt. Simply follow the instructions and choose the appropriate number to enroll in classes, drop classes, make changes to your class schedule, listen to your class schedule, listen to your wait listed classes, request a parking permit, pay fees by credit card, listen to your grades and get your GPA.
Each student is required to have a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This will help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your college records.
Students who do not already have a PIN will be required to enter one in order to continue the telephone process. Your PIN should be a number that you will easily remember. If you forget your PIN follow the instructions on the Frequently Asked Questions. For security reasons, the number cannot be released over the phone.

Once you are in the correct college system, there are four main menus. Within each main menu there are options available. The number leading the option is what you will need to press on the phone keypad to get that option.
Common options throughout the system are: (*2 Returns to the main menu, *7 Repeat the current Menu, *9 Ends the call). Some options require you to provide your student identification number and pin.
