- Complete Loan Entrance Counseling through EdTe$t
- Choose your lender and e-sign a Master Promissory Note by using the link on the School Lender List. You may choose a lender not on the provided list.
- Download and complete our 09-10 Stafford Loan Request Form.
Return the completed form to the Financial Aid Office.
Note: For students who received a Stafford loan previously at Foothill and are applying through the same lender, please skip Steps 1 and 2.
