How to Enroll

Program Application

A CWE application must submitted before the end of the third week of each quarter to ensure official enrollment in a CWE course. All students, including returning students, are required to submit an application each quarter. See the course syllabus for important deadlines. Pre-registration without providing an application to the CWE office does not guarantee placement in the course.

You may download an application (PDF) or complete the online application. You may either e-mail application to coop@foothill.edu or drop it off at the Cooperative Work Experience office in Room 4144 (Building 4100).

Registration Process

• Complete and sign a CWE application and submit online or to the Cooperative Work Experience office in Building 4100, room 4144.
• Application must be completed during pre-registration or no later than the end of the third week of each quarter.
• Register for a minimum of seven units, including the CWE units. (You may sign up for only one CWE course per quarter.)
• Read the Program Guide and answer the questions at the end. All NEW students must complete this requirement before meeting with their instructor.
• Complete the Objectives Worksheet (PDF).
• Meet with your instructor.
