FFoothill College will host a Health Careers Open House Saturday, March 3, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Room 5211 at Foothill College in Los Altos Hills. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend. The event is designed for students and working professionals who may be considering a career change and are interested in the health care industry.

Faculty and staff from Foothill’s award-winning health career programs will be available to answer questions, and discuss course curriculum, career options, application procedures and financial aid. Foothill programs that will be featured at the event include biotechnology, dental assisting, dental hygiene, emergency medical technician, paramedic, pharmacy technician, physician assistant, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, sports medicine, ultrasound technology and veterinary technology. In addition, health career programs from Foothill’s sister college, De Anza, will also be featured, including EKG technician, medical assisting, medical billing/coding, nursing, phlebotomist and physical therapy assisting.

Free parking in Lot 5 only will be available. Lot 5 provides easy access to Room 5211.
