Foothill College students, faculty and staff will advocate for the prioritization of higher education in California at the March in March, a one-day rally Monday, March 3, in Sacramento. The Foothill group will join thousands of California community college students, faculty and staff who will assemble on the steps of the State Capitol to tell lawmakers how their legislative decisions impact the quality and affordability of community college education for all Californians. Admission is free, and breakfast, lunch and bus transportation will be provided and are sponsored by the Associated Students of Foothill College (ASFC). Advance online sign up is required.
Buses will depart promptly from Parking Lot 1 at Foothill College; check in no later than 6:30 p.m. Buses will return to the campus by 5 p.m.
