The deadline to write and submit a university transfer admission guarantee (TAG) contract is Sept. 30 if you intend to apply for guaranteed admission to a UC campus for Fall 2015. Do not wait until the deadline; give yourself adequate time to thoughtfully prepare your TAG contract and meet with a counselor.
Get answers to all your TAG-related questions, including how to apply for a TAG, by visiting the on-campus Transfer Center in Room 8329. From Aug. 11 through early September, the Transfer Center will offer free, informative TAG workshops. Sign up to attend a workshop at http://www.foothill.edu/transfer/reps1db.php. Workshops will feature answers to your questions regarding TAG deadlines, how to complete the application, and the timeline of actions after submission of your TAG.
IMPORTANT: Educational plan questions (how to list your in-progress and planned coursework for the 2014–2015 academic year) will not be addressed in the TAG workshops. If you have questions about your educational plan for next year regarding your TAG, you must make a counseling appointment as soon as possible. If you wait until September, there may be no appointments are available.
