- ENGL 4: Journalism - Examine the principles of journalism as they are applied to the production of The Sentinel, the student newspaper of Foothill College.
- ENGL 5: Gay & Lesbian Literature - Review thought-provoking readings that represent a variety of historical periods and contrasting societal attitudes toward same-sex relationships, ranging from ancient Greek and Roman texts to contemporary American poetry, fiction, drama and non-fiction prose.
