Study Korean at Foothill College

This year, Foothill College is reintroducing Korean. South Korea's economy has been steadily growing, and the country is now is among the top 10 trading partners of the U.S. This is the primary reason why the study of Korean is increasing in popularity. As with other languages, we also have a large Korean community in our area with young people wishing to formalize the social Korean they have learned at home.

This fall, we are offering morning and evening sections of Korean 1.
Students with some prior knowledge of Korean can get credit by exam for one quarter of Korean. Learn more.
