During our office hours, new students, current students, applicants and other members of the public are welcome to submit applications, receive basic admissions and immigration information, pick-up and submit documents and other forms, and make appointments. Assistance in the cases of emergency is always available when the office is open.
DROP-IN ADVISING AND CONSULTATION WITH AN F-1 IMMIGRATION ADVISOR
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 1 - 4 p.m.
Advising and consultation with an advisor about immigration matters is available on a "drop-in" basis, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only between 1 - 4 p.m. Drop-in sessions are on a first come, first served basis. Students and other visitors meet with an advisor in the order in which they visit the office during the drop-in period.
The drop-in advising schedule is subject to change during school breaks, holidays, and exam periods and during New International Student Orientation Weeks.

Advising and consultation also is available by telephone by calling 650-949-7293 and by e-mail at levinearthur@fhda.edu. Although advising and consultation are available by e-mail and telephone if your situation is complicated or documents need to be reviewed, the advisor may determine that a meeting in the office is necessary
