Application Instructions for U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents
Many students who do not hold an F-1 visa consider themselves international students. However, if you are a U.S. Citizen or have a Permanent Resident status, or hold a visa other than F-1 (for example, J-1 or H1-B), you do not need to submit an international student application to apply to Foothill College.
If you are not holding an F-1 student visa, you should apply directly through the Admissions and Records Office at Foothill College. Online application is available at http://www.foothill.edu/reg/stepschk.html.
