Why haven't I received an email with my Reset Password?

Some students have reported that they don't receive Etudes email at their Comcast accounts.

If this happens to you, try using a different email account for your school work, perhaps a gmail or yahoo account. If you don't have one of those free accounts yet, you could set one up quickly at http://bit.ly/emailgoogle or http://bit.ly/emailyahoo.

Be sure to update information about your non-Comcast email account address in two places:
