Why haven't I received a response from the Student Help Center?

We will respond to Student Help Center requests via email within one day after processing your inquiry on weekdays and two days on weekends.

If you do not receive a response:

  1. Check for the email message from foothill@helpdeskconnect.com in your Junk or Spam folder.
  2. Try using another computer with lower security settings to resubmit your service request.
  3. Give us a call at (650) 949-7446.
