Why can I login to my Etudes Workspace but I don't see my course tab?
You can login to the Etudes Workspace once you have an Etudes account. However, you will not see a tab unless you are currently registered in a scheduled class and the quarter has begun.
- Typically, you will not be able to see a course tab and login until first day of the quarter.
- If you have asked to add a class, but you are not officially enrolled in the Registrar's Office, you will NOT see a tab for your online course the morning after you are officially enrolled and have paid.
- If you have been dropped from the course, you will no longer have a course tab.
- If your class has ended for the quarter and your instructor has disabled the course site, you will no longer see the course tab.
You may see some course tabs from courses that you have taken in previous quarters if your instructors have not disabled them. You can tell which quarter course was offered by looking at the title on the course tab (see list below).
To hide these course tabs or change the order that your courses appear on the tabs, login to ETUDES and click on Preferences. Then click on Customize tabs. To make sites tabs invisible after a quarter has ended, click on Preferences >> Customize tabs. Move to the left window and save changes.
F09 = Fall Quarter
W10 = Winter Quarter
SP10 = Spring Quarter
SU10 = Summer Quarter
