Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2 day Workshop Introduction to the fundamentals of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, designed to assist photographers in both managing and developing thousands of digital images. Focus is on setup, workflow, organization, image management, rating, editing, non-destructive image processing, and delivery of images regardless of what type of output. Flash galleries, websites, and prints can be made from this single program, which works seamlessly with all Adobe and Macromedia programs. (Students Bring : 25 Unprocessed Images - RAW or Jpeg)

The 48 Hour Mini-Photo Portfolio: Scout, Shoot, Edit, Print, Sequence = Mini Portfolio
In this workshop we will embark upon the creation of individual photographic series to craft into small personal portfolios. Each student will leave with his or her own mini-portfolio box of prints. This workshop will give you the valuable experience of choosing a point of departure for their chosen subject matter, then learning to further hone their work through editing.

Landscape and Spirit: Exploring Golden Gate Park
The history of the landscape image in photography and painting is inspiring and interesting. We will look at images and discuss what makes a good landscape photograph. We will use our insights when we travel to Golden Gate Park with its diverse gardens and woods and photograph together. We will gather later in the quarter to look at the images and share our experiences.
