If you plan to take a free placement test on that day you must complete a Foothill College application for admission prior to testing. To complete an online application for admission do the following:
  • Go to our Application for Admission.
  • Retrieve your Foothill Student ID in the email that you provide in the application for admission. You will need your student ID for testing and other student services. A picture ID is also required.

Taking Summer Classes or a Placement Test?
If you plan to enroll in classes for Summer quarter or take a free placement test on that day, you must complete a Foothill College application for admission prior to the event. To complete an online application for admission do the following:
  1. Go to www.foothill.edu/admissions
  2. Click on #1 "Apply for Admission" under the Enrollment Steps.
  3. Upon completion of the application for admission, check your email to retrieve your Foothill Student ID. You will need your student ID for testing and summer registration. A picture ID will be required for placement testing.
