REMINDER: If you plan to take a free placement test on that day you must complete a Foothill College application for admission prior to testing. To complete an online application for admission do the following:
1. Go to www.foothill.edu and click on “apply & register” at the top of the page.
2. Click on “application for admission," under the Registration Steps on the left.
3. Click on “Enter Registration System.”
4. Click on “Foothill Application for Admission” on the left and complete the application.
5. Print out or save your Foothill Student ID. You will need this ID for testing and other student services.

THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 23. If you are using a shared computer, protect your privacy by deleting your data and closing your browser when you are finished.
