As of Spring 2005, students are now required to log-in to all computers in the 4200 building at the main campus. This includes the computers in the open lab as well as classrooms that are equipped with computers.
Students enrolled in a CTIS class can obtain a personal account. With such an account a user will have full use of the facility including printing privileges. These accounts will allow users to take their user profiles with them. If you are not a member of CTIS (student or faculty) you can still use the lab and the demo units in each classroom by signing on as a GUEST (see below for instructions). Guests will not have printing privileges.
The way we distribute the accounts to our students is via our Lab assistants located at the front desk of room 4201 (new open lab). When getting an account from the front desk, the student requesting the account will be asked for a photo ID. Students can get their accounts and use the lab from 10 am to 8 pm, Monday through Thursday.
