• Articles in Sekai bungaku jiten (Dictionaries of World Literature) (Sôgôsha Publisher, to be published in 2001).

•"Review of Tamura Ryuichi Poems 1946-1998." Translation Review 61, 2001.　An extensive review and evaluation of this volume of English translations of the poems of Tamura Ryuichi was prepared for the American Literary Translators Association's professional journal. It involves a comparison of the original work and the English translations, and directs attention of students and scholars to the work of this important Japanese poet.

• Yoki ai no sho. Translation into Japanese of Spanish masterpiece Libro de buen amor and research on the same book (Kokushokankô kai Publisher, 1995), which is the first complete Japanese translation of this work. The research is an excerpt from my MA thesis, which analyzed this Medieval work from the point of view of Reader-Response Criticism, and shed light on the exceptional "openness" of this Medieval text by using various critics' theories such as Umberto Eco, Wolfgang Iser, Hans.R. Jauss, Stanley Fish, Norman N. Holland, Jonathan Culler, and Jane P. Tompkins.

• Five articles in Japanese ("Spanish romanticism," "Duque de Rivas," "Gustavo Adolfo B écquer," "Rosalía de Castro," "Vicente Huidobro") in Japanese in Sekai bungaku daijiten (Dictionaries of World Literature) (Shûeisha Publisher, 1993). This the most comprehensive publication in Japanese on the history of world literature.

• Kyôyô no tame no supeingo (Spanish Grammar), a Spanish language text for Japanese learners (Taishûkan Publisher, 1991). This is a communicative approach textbook used at several universities in Japan.
