Getting Started

Thank you for your interest in the Foothill College Biotechnology Laboratory Technician Program. Unfortunately, due to the current state budget crisis, the program is in a transitional phase at this time, and will not be accepting students for the 2009-2010 academic year.

Please bookmark this page, and check the website periodically during the coming year for updates on the status of the program. In the meantime you may want to consider taking some of the shorter Biotechnique courses which can be found at the following address: http://www.foothill.edu/bio/programs/biotech/short.php Any of the Biotechnique short courses you take during the coming year can be applied to the requirements when the Biotech program resumes.
