The 2013 Foothill College Swimming season will begin Monday, January 7th, 2013 with an informative meeting on the pool deck at 4:30pm. This meeting is MANDATORY if you plan on swimming during the 2012 season. We will go over team rules, expectations, eligibility, practice & meet schedules, team apparel & lockers and equipment rental. Immediately following the team meeting will be MANDATORY Winter Physicals in the Athletic Training Center (ATC). These are FREE and will not be able to participate in practices or meets until you have been cleared by the ATC staff.

Winter practices will be Monday thru Friday from 1:30-3:30pm.
Our first practice will be Tuesday, January 8th at 1:30pm.
