Assistant Coach - Jubin Dana
Jubin has been involved in coaching and training young athletes for over 20 years. He is licensed as a coach in multiple sports including basketball, soccer, and rugby.
Over the past 5 years his focus has shifted exclusively to training young soccer athletes. He currently coaches multiple youth soccer teams and is an active instructor with M&M Soccer Academy, which he founded. He is as much a teacher as he is a student of the game of soccer.
During the time he spent coaching the three different sports, he discovered that each sport has a key component for success. He has taken these key components and blended them into one system for training soccer players.
Jubin's approach to teaching and coaching soccer adapts to the development stages of the athlete and goes beyond athletic ability to target metal discipline and focus. He believes that coaches are teachers. Jubin firmly believes that a competitive environment is critical to player development; a competitive environment means that players are challenged mentally by their teacher and physically by their teammates.
