Application Process

Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
You will be asked to fill out an Application For Services, a Consent For Release Of Information, A Medical Verification and Student Educational Contract. You can print these forms out and have them completed before your first meeting with the DRC Coordinator.
You will also meet with the DRC Counselor or Coordinator to discuss goals, accommodations and services. Once a student is enrolled in DRC, he/she is placed on our mailing list and is automatically contacted for priority registration.
